As Sharjah’s premier lifestyle destination, Al Zahia brings a contemporary community lifestyle and traditional values together throughout every aspect of its development.

At Al Zahia Community, an area of 278mq across two floors was designed by us in a modern contemporary style, the design was defined by simplicity, subtle sophistication, deliberate use of texture, and clean lines.

Furniture design features were sleek, straight lines with smooth and shiny surfaces. The focus was on simple geometric shapes rather than heavy ornamentation. Our objective was to create an uncluttered look, free from chaotic lines and color schemes.

As a contemporary style we concentrated on neutral and pastel colors, The palette was often punched up and accented with bright and bold colors that play against neutrals. With walls painted in a basic neutral, we had a wonderful backdrop for bold colored accessories.

As wallpaper never went out of style, we used a modern wallpaper with graphic prints that walks the line of chic sophistication and stark glamour. These high-fashion wallpaper designs put a fresh, on-trend spin on our design inspirations, and brought simplistic patterns and colors to life with the bold, clean look.

Contemporary pendant lights were used to add layers of light to the space and add a timeless sophisticated touch to the décor.

As the kids are spending more time at home these days where their bedrooms are getting more of a workout than usual! To keep them happy the kid’s bedrooms were decorated to create a space that looks and feels good, where everything has its place. And to add more fun interior design was inspired by the character each child likes.

We focused on color, space, and shape to achieve a sleek and a fresh look.
